market as premier fashion labels stocked in clothing boutiques, online retailers and chain stores throughout Southern Africa.

Slimsuit have had fantastic success with all of our Brands, most notably with premium Joseph Ribkoff, which when we took on the Brand had only 3 outlets in South Africa and over a 4 year period we have grown the number of outlets to over 70 doors.

As a business, Slimsuit focusses on the consumer aged 35 years plus, with disposable income and a discerning customer who looks for well made. great fitting fashion and product and unsurpassed quality.

With Slimsuit, we have created a niche where we have a competitive advantage over other Distributors, and work very hard at bringing amazing products to market, at a fair price.

Through established network of representatives in all the large cities in Southern Africa, we are looking for partners in Africa, where we hold the rights for these global brands.

THE HISTORY

Richard and Tarryn Epstein

Tarryn Epstein founded Slimsuit Distributors in 2011, after a dynamic and successful retail experience at The Foschini Group and smaller retail chains. This exciting Import and Distribution company was launched alongside an existing retail business, Sea Weeds in Constantia Village, specializing in upmarket ladies fashion and swimwear.

Tarryn studied teaching initially but found that the business buzz was far more interesting and presented a unique challenge to grow and develop her strong business acumen and passion.

Tarryn continually strives to be a humble and authentic leader, while transforming organizational culture and performance placing value in people around her and invests a significant amount of time in developing and recognizing outstanding talent.

Richard Epstein joined the business fulltime in 2014 after a successful career selling International property. He studied B Comm Accounts and did his articles at Gross Hendler Frank in Cape Town.

Richard brings his wealth of experience to the business in the financial, sales and marketing areas, and is outstanding in dealing with customers and Principle’s alike.

Together they make a formidable team, each with their own areas of responsibilities, expertise and strengths.
